Timothy Egner, PhD.

Timothy is a skilled scientist and entrepreneur with a strong background in chemistry and biochemistry, supported by extensive experience in industrial research and software development. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Iowa State University, where he conducted research in catalysis chemistry, both bio-catalysis and nanoparticle catalysis, using innovative new NMR spectroscopy techniques. Timothy has demonstrated leadership in his role as a Principal Investigator at INVISTA, where he managed R&D teams and optimized chemical manufacturing processes using machine learning. Timothy's expertise is further highlighted by his published research, software development, and conference presentations, showcasing his contributions to both academia and industry.

Adeline Boettcher, PhD.
Growth & Strategy
Adeline has a unique blend of scientific expertise and strategic leadership to bring to the drug discovery space. With a doctorate in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology and postdoctoral training in cancer immunology, she has contributed to the development of advanced biomedical models, including the first immunologically humanized SCID pigs. Her career spans both academic research and executive leadership, including roles as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations across multiple healthcare and national security startups. As the founder of Alpha Beta Scientific Communications, she advised biotech and medical organizations on research strategy and communications. Dr. Boettcher is known for translating complex scientific concepts into actionable business strategies and driving cross-functional collaboration.
